M12-177 Treasure was found at seven weeks in a dumpster right after Christmas xxxx and came to a Magicats foster home where she fit in well with the other kitties in residence. In the course of her routine medical care, she like Victor and Angie was found to have a heart murmur of the kind that she would not outgrow. Her other health prognosis was excellent, however, once she got enough to eat and a place where someone cared about her. Today, at almost a year old, shes looking good; has completed all her shots, is negative for FIV/FELV, and has had her surgery. Shes a long, sleek, long-legged girl with a distinctive gold and white coat and an independent personality. Its taken her quite awhile to believe that humans can be good friends, but she has integrated well with her foster home buddies, has gained weight appropriately, and is a high energy girl who very much enjoys her life. Her diagnosis by the cardiologists was much the same as Anjies. Like Victor and Anjie, she needs to be an INSIDE ONLY pet in a family who can help maintain a healthy weight, has a routine of regular vet care, pays attention to diet so she doesnt develop a weight problem, regular immunizations, and regular vet checks, she has a good chance for a happy life.
